About me

I do computer stuff and work mostly in Go. When I ship code for work, it lives in Kubernetes or at the edge. When I ship personal code, it lives in systemd.

Before breaking into software engineering, I worked mostly in food service.

Outside of computers, I also like cooking/baking and all things culinary arts. I play the French horn, guitar, and keyboard/piano (if pressed, I could also probably only slightly embarrass myself on other brass instruments - I'm a recovering band nerd). I also try to write fiction, but honestly that's an aspirational interest.
